Hydrodermabrasion uses the power of water to heal the skin by gently cleansing pores, removing dead skin cells and lift out the skins impurities.

This facial approach is the most gentle way to promote skin rejuvenation which makes it suitable for sensitive skin types, all while stimulating blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

How does Hydrodermabrasion work?

Hydrodermabrasion uses multiple abrasion tools to remove the top layer of skin by using a crystal-free exfoliation procedure. By using water at supersonic speed, it is removing the dead skin cells trapped on the face and by doing so, the water is releasing dirt, makeup, bacteria and toxic substances from the pores. 

The water used is infused with minerals and vitamins as well as acne treatments depending on your skin type and needs.

This treatment will provide:

• Brown/Dark spots
• Uneven skin tones
• Oily skin
• Acne prone skin
• Dry skin

This treatment is suitable for all skin types but most effective on aging skin,  skin that is congested/blemished, as well as dry and flaky skin. This is also beneficial to oily skin as the Hydrodermabrasion will clean out the pores to help skin appear less oily.

Results:

Your results depend on the severity of your skin damage and the number of treatments you receive. 

I recommend clients have two treatments per month and then one per month as a maintenance plan. 

Risks:

Some mild discomfort can occur with this procedure but is usually short lived.

This can include redness, swelling and bruising which should subside within the next few hours after your procedure. Later, you can expect your skin to be tender and sensitive for the next few days. 

High doses of sun exposure is not recommended for a minimum of two weeks prior to your treatment and daily sun screen application is highly recommended to protect your skin, as it will be more sensitive to sun exposure.
